 | What is the difference between Platinum and Standard Series Art ?

It is produced with higher quality paper & inks. They are also created by our better artists.
The Platinum Series is larger(8.5" x 11")
The Standard is designed for use with the Pro version of First Name Almanac (8" x 10")
Both Platinum Series & Standard Series artworks may be used with the professional version.
The standard version of the program requires Platinum size only.

A: For speed, durability, reliability and compatibility, we suggest laser printers. Specific Models like Brother and H.P. are known to work perfectly.

| | Can I get my order shipped today ?
A: All orders telephoned or faxed by 12:00 P.M. -E.S.T. are usually shipped within 24 hours.
Once you have purchased product , you will be assigned a customer number.
You must use this number with each order to insure that you receive same day service.
All orders without this number will experience a delay in processing .
There are no exceptions to this policy.
Same Day Service is subject to change at any time without notice.

| | Can I mix Platinum Series and Standard Series Art in a Kit # 3 ?
A: Yes . . . you will only be charged the difference between the two styles of paper.
A Kit # 3 is priced at $42.95. If you were to order 50 (mix) standard prints
and 50 (mix) Platinum prints, you would be charged .15 cents extra per print
for the Platinum Series artworks. Your charges would then be $42.95 + $7.50
( 50 prints x .15 ) = $50.45

| | What does 10/10 & 4/25 Mean ?
10/10 means - 10 different subjects @ 10 each
4/25 means - 4 different subjects @ 25each.
If you order items this way and as a KIT , you will save money.
Our policy for these Kits must remain this way.
You may not mix these prints in any other fashion nor can you double up
on the same print in each Kit.

| | What is Laser Foil and what do I need it for ?
A: "Laser Foil" is for use with Laser printers only.
Foil is an inexpensive way to increase your sales.
Most laser printers produce black text.
Laser Foil allows you to add color and a shiny look to your prints.
You can easily charge an additional $2.00- $4.00 for products that you add foil to.
The process is simple. Once you have printed the name or poem out ,
just cut a piece of "Laser Foil" just large enough to cover the text only.
Place the foil over the text and run through a laminator or use a hand held heat wand/press.
The foil then sticks to all areas of the print that have toner.
Your cost works out to be just pennies and you enjoy higher profit margins.

A: Fancy Key Chain (using the Standard / Platinum Series)
You can easily charge from $5 - $8.00 for this type of Key chain.
Many people say "I don't want to use more expensive paper for Key Chains .
" Look at the bottom line here . . . Your cost is @ $1.25 for this product ,
leaving you a profit of @$5.08 ! This is an excellent margin. Make no bones about it ,
Key Chains have been and will always be a hot selling impulse item !
2) Generic Key Chain ( Using fun type paper/office supply store etc. )
We suggest that you charge @ $2.99 - $3.50 for this style.
Your cost on this product is @ .92cents . Your profit is @ $2.08 .

For an in depth answer, visit our learning center. Here's the condensed answer. Our paper is not stationary. We use 110lb. Premium Quality Paper. This means our paper is heavy (almost as heavy as reply card stock),it feels like art and not like a piece of stationary paper. We also use the highest quality inks available to produce our line. Your customers will notice this difference. You can hand them a piece of store bought stationary or you can "wow" them with a nice piece of art. The bottom line for you is higher sales.
